I'm Shana.
My passion is to continually learn and to inspire students. I enjoy teaching in an active, collaborative environment using student success strategies in every class. Technical fields, such as engineering and design, are changing the world and it is exciting to be a part of it. The opportunity to bring my industry and pedagogy experience into the modern classroom is truly rewarding.

Teams of students designed a structural tower from a limited supply of index cards and tape with a budget and time constraint.
RIVERBOT
Designed an obstacle avoidance robot car powered by an Arduino Uno micro-controller. Served as a team semester-long project for ENGR 1201: Introduction to Engineering.
